2. Injection: Our specialized GT Maxim™ machine seals tightly over the break, creating a dry vacuum to eliminate trapped air that can impede resin injection. The Diamond Clear™ repair resin is then precisely injected to fill voids and cracks.
3. Curing: Ultraviolet light is applied to cure the resin under pressure, preventing it from backing out of tight spots. Additional resin is applied over the entry point and cured for a seamless finish.
4. Finishing: Excess cured resin is removed and the repaired area is buffed to a high gloss diamond clear finish, ensuring a flawless appearance that matches the rest of the windshield.
